Recipe Time! 🍣 

Classic Miso Soup

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups dashi stock

  • 3 tablespoons miso paste

  • 1 block silken tofu, cubed

  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

  • A handful of wakame seaweed

Instructions:

  1. Heat dashi stock in a saucepan until just below boiling.

  2. Dissolve miso paste in a small amount of the warm stock, then stir back into the pot.

  3. Add tofu and wakame, gently warming without boiling.

  4. Serve garnished with green onions.
